How long does installation take?
Most residential fences are installed in 1–3 days once the project is scheduled, depending on length, material, and site conditions. We give you a firm timeline in your written quote.
How soon can you start?
Scheduling is fast and local. After your free estimate we can usually book installation within days to a couple of weeks, depending on the season and project size.
Do I need a permit for my fence?
It depends on your city and fence height. Many standard residential fences don’t require one, but some cities and neighborhoods do. We’ve built across Central Texas for 20+ years and will let you know what’s required for your address during your estimate.
Do you handle HOA approval?
Yes — if your neighborhood has an HOA, we’ll help make sure your fence meets its requirements (height, material, and style) so you stay in good standing. Just let us know at your estimate.
Will you remove and haul away my old fence?
Absolutely. We can tear out and dispose of your existing fence as part of the project — just mention it and we’ll include it in your written quote.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry full liability insurance, so your property is protected throughout the job. Texas doesn’t require a state license for fence contractors, but we’re owner-operated and stand behind every install with our written 5-year warranty, so you deal directly with the people accountable for the work.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every installation is backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty, in writing. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply where offered.

Do I need HOA approval for a fence in a Manor subdivision like ShadowGlen or Presidential Meadows?

Summit Fence USA builds throughout Manor, and we're happy to build to the spec your HOA approves, but you should submit and get written approval before we start.
