Highland Haven is a tiny lakeside village on Lake LBJ, a quiet community where most properties are close to the water and neighbors know each other. With so many lots near the shoreline, our work here skews toward ornamental iron and view fencing that protects the boundary without walling off the lake, plus the occasional privacy section and gate. The limestone and granite base means we drill our posts, which holds up far better than trying to dig this ground.

Do I need a permit for my fence?
It depends on your city and fence height. Many standard residential fences don’t require one, but some cities and neighborhoods do. We’ve built across Central Texas for 20+ years and will let you know what’s required for your address during your estimate.
Do you handle HOA approval?
Yes — if your neighborhood has an HOA, we’ll help make sure your fence meets its requirements (height, material, and style) so you stay in good standing. Just let us know at your estimate.
Will you remove and haul away my old fence?
Absolutely. We can tear out and dispose of your existing fence as part of the project — just mention it and we’ll include it in your written quote.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry full liability insurance, so your property is protected throughout the job. Texas doesn’t require a state license for fence contractors, but we’re owner-operated and stand behind every install with our written 5-year warranty, so you deal directly with the people accountable for the work.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every installation is backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty, in writing. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply where offered.
